FCL Global make history with WBA

Following a successful two year partnership, West Bromwich headquartered FCL have extended their association with West Bromwich Albion to become the first training wear partner in the Clubs history.

First featured on the training wear during the signing of James Chester from Hull City last week, FCL will continue to feature on the Baggies’ first team training garments for the 2015/16 season.

FCL are the fastest organically growing logistics company in the UK, specialising in the movement of goods by air, sea, road and rail. The growth of FCL is down to the commitment to building long-lasting, meaningful and sustainable relationships with suppliers and customers. This focus on relationships has led to the growth in working with West Bromwich Albion and these relationships are the cornerstone of FCL’s success.

This focus on relationships is outlined by the FCL mission statement, visible on the training wear, ‘making logistics personal’ - with a diverse client base including some of the brightest start-ups and major retail names benefitting from this approach.

As well as having branding on the training wear, FCL will feature on the interview backdrop at both the West Bromwich Albion Training Ground and The Hawthorns. The partnership will also see them become the Official Training Wear and Official Logistics Partner of the Club.

Kulbir Sohi, Managing Director of FCL commented;

Our partnership with WBA has been important over the last 2 seasons as they are community focussed and share similar values to ourselves when it comes to investing in the areas where our respective organisations are located. We are determined to elevate awareness of the FCL Global brand through our program of official logistics partnerships so more manufacturers, importer/wholesalers and retailers (on & off-line) can take advantage of the services that we offer and by becoming West Bromwich Albion’s first training wear partner we hope to go some way to achieving this aim.

Adrian Wright, Sales & Marketing Director of West Bromwich Albion added;

‘FCL pride themselves on their personal touch and the development of strong relationships that ultimately benefit their diverse and impressive client portfolio. We are pleased that through the same personable approach that we have, again, had FCL increase their level of partnership with the Club to become our first training wear partner.’

‘We are particularly proud that we are able to carry such a strong local business and success story on the training wear, delivering exposure for a West Bromwich business on a global stage.’
